Terms of Use

1. Service

ALSATODE is a neutral B2B marketplace where manufacturers meet suppliers for raw material and industrial needs. It provides product listing, request for quotation, quotation and financing pre-application infrastructure. See the Disclaimer.

2. Membership

  • Accounts are opened on behalf of a company; the member declares authority to represent it.
  • The account can be used after the e-mail address is confirmed. The member is responsible for keeping the password secret.
  • ALSATODE may remove listings or suspend accounts in case of false information, abuse or unlawful content.

3. Listings and requests

  • Products and requests are published after admin review. Rejection reasons are communicated to the member.
  • Contact details, prohibited products or content infringing third-party rights may not be included.
  • For chemicals and secondary raw materials, the lister is responsible for publication and transport compliance.

4. Neutrality

Organic results are not ranked by payment. Sponsored areas, if any, are clearly labelled. Quotes are shown only to the requesting buyer.

5. Governing law

Turkish law applies; [competent courts] have jurisdiction.
