ALSATODE provides request, quotation and communication infrastructure. It does not hold stock, is not the seller and does not collect payments. The parties to a sale are the buyer and the seller.
Product and company information is entered by members. Admin review and company review cover identity information only; they do not guarantee quality, stock, delivery or payment.
A listing is not a binding stock confirmation; stock and lead time are stated in the quote. "Selected" on the platform does not mean a contract or payment has been completed.

ALSATODE is not a bank, financial institution or lender; it does not extend credit or commit to financing. It coordinates with banks.
The pre-check verifies only the presence of documents and the consistency of declared amounts, limits and dates. It is not a credit score, credit approval, forgery check or letter of credit compliance decision.
An existing non-cash credit limit is not an approval by itself. Suitability for a letter of credit, available amount and acceptance of bank, seller, country and transaction are assessed separately by the bank.
The 12-month maturity is subject to bank and transaction approval and does not mean 12 instalments. The maturity start is defined in the letter of credit.
Interest, commissions, fees, collateral and all other conditions are set solely by the bank. Any early payment or discounting to the seller is approved and priced separately by the bank.
No financing partner has been announced. As there is no bank integration, "bank evaluation" and later statuses are updated by the financing expert based on written information from the bank.
The applicant declares that the information and documents provided are accurate, up to date and their own.
