Financing Pre-Application — Explicit Consent

Having read the privacy notice, I freely give my explicit consent for the information I enter and the documents I upload in my financing pre-application (proforma details, Findeks credit report, bank limit confirmation, tax certificate, activity certificate, signature circular, financial statements, sales contract, other documents I add and application status information) to be shared by ALSATODE with [bank/financing institution name or category] for the evaluation of my application and the determination of letter of credit and financing conditions, including transfer abroad if such institutions are located outside Türkiye.

• Without this consent, my application cannot be forwarded to a bank and cannot be evaluated; I can still use the other services of the platform.
• I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to kvkk@alsatode.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing before that date.
• The date, time, text version and IP address of my consent are recorded.
